July definately showed an increase in activity in the DFW Industrial & Flex real estate. More properties went under contract and sales increased. One thing interesting insight from our August 2023 DFW Industrial & Flex Active Listings Insights report, is that the share of industrial properties owns by private equity has more than doubled from 4% in June to about 9% in August. Download the report for more market data and insights!
