Analysts do not anticipate a rate drop this month but according to FedWatch the market is predicting 95% chances of a rate cut in the next meeting. Some banks have already started pricing this into their loans. One of my clients just got a term sheet this week at a 5.75% interest rate with a 30 year amortization on a single tenant retail asset!
