Hey everybody, Joseph here with Eureka Business Group and today we’re at a shopping center and everybody is looking at a shopping center and they’re thinking, well sometimes there’s an anchor, sometimes there’s not. Let’s take a look at this one and talk about that for a second. So if you’re looking at this shopping center and I would ask you, what is the anchor of this shopping center?
It’s a huge center, it goes all the way up there, it’s two, two floors up there in the corner. Lots of stores, lots of restaurants and so on. Everybody would point to the grocery store here at the middle to say, well, that’s the anchor of the shopping center. It’s obvious. Well, I would argue that as important, not sometimes more important is that Dunkin Donut in the corner that’s been here for 25 years, national brand name and draws a lot more traffic and attention to the shopping center than probably any other.
Senate here. Um, and is a very rival, maybe if not equal to the grocery center right up front. What do you think about it? Let me know
