Joseph Gozlan is a commercial real estate advisor from N. Dallas, Texas. With an impressive track record as a commercial investor, broker and commercial property manager. Joseph has also demonstrated exceptional leadership in group acquisitions, primarily in the multifamily and industrial real estate sectors, and managing over 500KSF of commercial properties over the past decade. Author of The Real Estate College Fund and Host of The Apartments Operators Podcast, Joseph’s robust background, including service as a lieutenant in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) and leadership roles in the software industry, enhanced his business acumen and strategic insight and his efficacy in the real estate realm.

In 2008, Joseph founded Eureka Business Group, a commercial brokerage operating all over Texas. In 2017 Joseph founded EBG Acquisitions, the commercial real estate investment and group acquisitions are of Eureka Business Group and in 2020, Joseph founded EBG Commercial Management, a commercial property management and with that turning Eureka Business Group to a fully vertically integrated organization!

With its formation EBG Commercial Management took over management for all commercial assets in-house (over 550 MF units) and demonstrating out comprehensive 360-degree perspective as an investors, operators, managers, and commercial real estate brokers. Joseph’s significant contributions to the commercial investment assets have been key to the success of EBG Acquisitions and its sister companies at Eureka Business Group.

Today, EBG Commercial Management is managing over 200,000SF of commercial assets (Retail, Industrial, Medical, Office & Multifamily) and growing our footprint in the DFW market every day!

As we look to the future, Joseph is focused on partnering with commercial real estate owners in the Dallas – Fort Worth Metroplex, with an ambitious goal to manage an asset base of 1MSF or more in the next couple of years.
